Travel CT Tech - $2,515 per week in Aurora, CO

Job Title: CT Tech Profession: CT Tech Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 10.5 hours Experience: Minimum 6 months of current CT Tech experience License: ARRT (R) Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Minimum 6 months of current CT Tech experience. BLS certification. ARRT (R) certification. Description: Travel position for a CT Tech. Night shift from 9 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday through Thursday. Expected to work 40 hours per week. Unit information includes CT scan services with 269 beds. There are 4 staff members on day shift and 2 on night shift. The evening shift has 3 staff members. Patient ratios are estimated and never guaranteed. Type of equipment includes new GE 512, 12, and 64 slice scanners. EMR system used is Meditech/CPN. Typical procedures performed include stroke and CTA studies, as well as abdomen/pelvis trauma imaging. Candidates with stroke or cardiac experience will be prioritized. A focus on patient care experience is essential. Good communication skills with staff and providers are required. The unit benefits from 24/7 transporters for radiology and leadership support.
