Job Title: CT Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: CT Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year of CT Tech experience License: Valid state license required Certifications: BLS and ARRT certifications required; advanced ARRT certification preferred Must-Have: Experience with Siemens and Epic charting Strong communication skills Ability to work under pressure Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and on-call Description: Join our team as an experienced CT Technologist in a fast-paced emergency room environment. This facility is a Level I trauma center and Stroke Accredited. You will perform a variety of CT scans including abdomen, pelvis, chest, head/neck, spine, musculoskeletal, and brain perfusion. Your role will involve operating CT equipment and ensuring the production of high-quality images. Supporting patient comfort and safety during procedures is essential. You will maintain accurate records and adhere to regulatory guidelines. Participation in the on-call rotation will be required, approximately once every 6 weeks. The work environment includes inpatient emergency room and operating room settings. This position involves interacting with a diverse patient population and managing emergent inpatient needs.
