Become a vital part of a Portland, OR hospital as an experienced Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images used to diagnose medical conditions. Duties may include general radiography and fluoroscopy per department needs.


Minimum Requirements:

  • ARRT-Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT) certification: Required.
  • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration (R.T. (R)(CT) or R.T. (R)): Required.
  • Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology preferred; completion of a JRCERT-accredited radiography program acceptable.
  • AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS certification: Required.
  • CT modality advanced certification: Required in OR; preferred in other regions.
  • Minimum 2 years of CT technologist experience preferred, including experience performing contrast-enhanced CT exams and cross-sectional imaging protocols.
  • Experience with general radiography and fluoroscopy procedures preferred.
  • Venipuncture certification preferred.
  • Ability to operate CT equipment, manage DICOM image transfer, and collaborate with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams.


Assignment Details

  • Facility type: Hospital.
  • Shift pattern: Evenings, 4x10 schedule, Tuesday through Friday.
  • Position duties: CT imaging with possible additional imaging modalities such as general radiography and fluoroscopy.
  • Weekly hours: 40.
