Travel CT Tech - $2,616 per week in Tualatin, OR

Job Title: CT Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: CT Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Mid Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience required. License: Active Oregon State license or proof of application and fingerprinting required. Certifications: ARRT CT, BLS Must-Have: - Toshiba/Canon experience - Epic charting system experience is preferred - Experience in adult acute care Description: The CT Technologist will primarily cover emergency department and inpatient exams. There will be no scheduled outpatient exams during the assigned hours. The technologist is expected to perform CT scans of various regions, including the abdomen, chest, and pelvis. Additional skills required include preparation and administration of contrast media and venipuncture. The role involves working with a daily census of approximately 130 patients. Floating within a site and across the system may be required. All education assigned must be completed within one week of the assignment. Please note that refusal to float as requested may result in cancellation of the contract. There is no on-call requirement for this position. The maximum allowed time off is 7 days, with no time off permitted during the first 2 weeks of assignment. References from a charge nurse, supervisor, or manager are required. Background checks will be conducted, and candidates must not have any felony convictions. Completion of all compliance documents is essential prior to the start of the assignment. Travelers should have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication skills. This position requires adherence to all safety protocols, including radiation safety and isolation precautions.
