Position: ARRT certified CT Tech (CT AND XR)
Location: Grant Medical Center (Level I Trauma)
Shift: Friday, Saturday and Sunday Nights (1800-0630);
Call: As assigned within staff rotation
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (4044):
2 years of experience may consider less if candidate holds Level I or Level II exp.
Large hospital/Trauma Level I/II experience preferred
Graduate of an accredited radiography program
OH State License required, pending license is accepted
Registered with ARRT
BLS
Experience with GE and/or Toshiba/Cannon equipment
SUMMARY and PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Performs and completes diagnostic procedures and follows guidelines set by Grant/Riverside and Radiologic Association. This position prepares patients for examinations and performs diagnostic radiology procedures following guidelines set by OhioHealth and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Conducts routine radiographic studies in diagnostics. Provides radiation safety for operator and patient. Places patient in proper positions for procedures, adhering to department policy regarding routine.
Specs:
Charcoal grey scrubs, EPIC EMR. GE CT equipment presently in use GE and Toshiba/Cannon.
Typical volume or census for dept. 270-290 scans per day.
