Travel CT Tech - $2,618 per week in Silverdale, WA

Job Title: CT Technologist Profession: CT Technologist (Computed Tomography) Specialty: CT (Computed Tomography) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Friday-Sunday Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Required Certifications: BLS Certification, Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT), Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R) Must-Have: Must be able to perform all routine CT exams, including Trauma. IV skills are very helpful for working with outpatients. Description: The department has three CT scanners. The average number of scans/studies performed is 65-70 in a 24-hour period across three scanners. All routine CT exams for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department are performed. Cardiac CT, biopsy/drain procedures, and cryo/microwave ablations are included in the scope of work. There is a possibility to float to X-ray for emergency department, inpatient, and outpatient X-ray, depending on needs. Radiologists are on site 24/7. The department uses EMR software and PACS for image storage and communication. Shift scheduling is provided at least two weeks in advance. There may be holiday requirements as well as weekend shifts depending on departmental needs. Call is optional with a 45-minute response time. Scrubs are not provided, but any professional-looking scrubs are acceptable. Department orientation will occur during the first three days of the assignment. Cancellations may occur for up to four shifts during a 13-week assignment.
