Job Title: CT Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: CT Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Mid Hours per Shift: 8 hours (14:00 - 22:30) Experience: 1 year minimum required License: CT Certification Certifications: ARRT, BLS, ARRT-CT, ARRT Advanced Certification Must-Have: Must be CT Certified Description: Position available for a CT Technologist. Shifts are 8 hours from 14:00 to 22:30, Monday to Friday, with 2-3 weekends per month. Weekdays will be spent in an outpatient facility. Weekends will be at the main hospital. The position will rotate between the hospital and the outpatient center, with most of the time spent at the center. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field. First-time travelers are not accepted. Weekend work is required for 2-3 weekends each month. Candidates must possess valid CT Certification and be ARRT certified. BLS certification is not required for this position. There is no on-call requirement. Local candidates are accepted without a radius rule. RTO needs to be submitted with the profile. Patient age groups include adults and geriatrics. The facility is a Level I Trauma Center and Stroke Center. Experience in inpatient settings, emergency room, Level 1 trauma, and adult ICU is required. The facility operates as a short-term acute care center. Total staffed beds at the facility are 632. Scrub color is light blue, and charting is done using Epic (preferred). Patients typically encountered include neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. There are specific requirements for certifications and modules that must be fulfilled before starting. All candidates must provide proof of high school level education.
