Travel CT Tech - $2,627 per week in Lansing, MI

Job Title: CT Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: CT Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day and Mid Hours per Shift: Variable 8-hour shifts from 06:30 to 15:00 or 14:00 to 23:30, Monday to Friday with 2 to 3 weekends per month Experience: Minimum of 1 year required License: Must be CT Certified (ARRT) Certifications: BLS not required Must-Have: - Minimum of 1 year of experience - Must have national certification in CT Description: This position is for a CT Technologist. The shift is variable and consists of 8-hour shifts from 06:30 to 15:00 or 14:00 to 23:30. The CT Technologist will work Monday to Friday and is required to work 2 to 3 weekends per month. The position will rotate between inpatient settings and an outpatient center. Candidates with less than 1 year of experience will not be considered. National certification as a CT Technologist (ARRT) is a requirement. This position does not require BLS certification. There is no on-call requirement for this role. The candidate must be willing to work with a diverse patient population, including adults, geriatrics, and pediatrics. Experience in a Level I Trauma Center and emergency settings is required. This role includes working with various imaging procedures, including biopsies, aspirations, and the preparation and administration of contrast media. Preferred experience includes proficiency in the use of EPIC charting systems. The setting will involve collaboration with interdisciplinary support teams. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in starting peripheral IVs and managing patient care in acute settings. The candidate must have experience in emergency departments and adult intensive care units. Successful completion of relevant training will occur during orientation.
