Job Details
- Position: CT Technologist
- Location: Enumclaw
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Shift: Night Shift
- Schedule: 3x12
- Experience Required: 2 Years
- Weekly Pay: $2630 to $2830
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality CT scans in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures while ensuring comfort and safety
- Administer contrast media and monitor patients for adverse reactions as appropriate
- Operate CT equipment and optimize imaging parameters for diagnostic accuracy
- Review images for quality and completeness prior to radiologist interpretation
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
- Follow radiation safety standards and ALARA principles
- Monitor equipment functionality and report maintenance concerns as needed
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Provide excellent patient care and education throughout the imaging process
- Maintain compliance with infection prevention and patient safety standards
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Active Washington State Radiologic Technologist License required
- Current ARRT Certification in Radiography (R) required
- ARRT Certification in Computed Tomography (CT) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of recent CT Technologist experience
- Current BLS Certification required
- Experience with contrast administration and advanced CT imaging procedures preferred
- Strong knowledge of CT imaging protocols and radiation safety practices
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
