Bill Rate: $100 before administrative fees
Class/Area: CT / RAD
Start Date: No later than 7/13
Schedule details: 8-hour Mids, 1130-2000 Mon-Fri
Experience Requirements: 1 year of CT Tech experience
Experience Preferred: 3 years of CT Tech experience
License/Certification Requirements: ARRT (CT); BLS
Floating Requirements: None
Weekend Requirements: None
On-Call Requirements: None
Holiday Requirements: As needed

Orientation: Days 1 and 2 will attend TUKHS 2-day ori. Day 3 is Liberty ori & Clinical ori, Day 4 is continued Clinical ori, Day 5 will be completing computer work, then dismissed to units - varies by unit.
Creds Due: Monday before start date
Notes: Nicotine free facility | Bi-weekly pay | 8 hours no bill ori | Client is allowed the cancelation of one shift per pay period at no cost to the client and no pay to the THP. Will provide a minimum 2 hours notice.
