Travel CT Tech - $2,723 per week in Port Angeles, WA

Job Title: CT Technologist Profession: CT Technologist (Computed Tomography) Specialty: CT/XRay Tech type: CT (Computed Tomography) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Day, Evening Hours per Shift: 11:00 AM - 11:30 PM Experience: Minimum 2 years in radiology preferred. One-year experience in a secondary specialty preferred. License: Current ARRT registry required. Washington State certification required for at least two specialties, one of which must be bone density, CT, quality management special procedures, or mammography. Certifications: BLS Certification, Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT) Must-Have: Thorough knowledge of specialty theory and application. Demonstrated skill and ability to perform high-quality procedures in imaging modalities. Description: Satisfactory completion of formal Radiologic Technology training is required. The candidate must have knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy preferred for CT and MRI specialties. Two years of experience in mammography imaging and diagnostic procedures is preferred. Experience with electronic patient information systems and/or mammography tracking systems is preferred. The candidate must have BLS certification. The position entails ensuring safety precautions and understanding the effects related to the specialty. Candidates should have good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
