CT Technologist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with the EPIC system and be available for night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform CT scans and related procedures in accordance with established protocols.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the imaging area.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to obtain the best possible diagnostic results.
  • Follow all regulatory and safety standards while operating imaging equipment.

Education and Work Experience

  • Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology preferred.

Licenses and Certifications

  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) or R.T. (R)(ARRT) is required.
  • Radiologic Tech (RT) license in the state of practice is required.
  • Advanced Certification in the modality of CT is required in Oregon and Hawaii; preferred in California.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor is required.
  • Fluoroscopy license in state of employment is required for California if operating fluoroscopy equipment.
  • Venipuncture certification is required in California if performing venipuncture to administer contrast materials.

Work Schedule

This position requires availability for night shifts, from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday.
