Job Title: CT Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: CT Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (18:00 - 07:00) Experience: Minimum of 2 years preferred License: Virginia state license required or any active state license is acceptable Certifications: BLS, ARRT(R), ARRT(CT) Must-Have: Siemens experience required Epic experience required On-call rotation required Description: The CT Tech will work three consecutive 12-hour night shifts. Shift hours may vary by +/- 2 hours based on unit needs. Preparation and/or administration of contrast media is necessary. Clienttion safety is a critical aspect of the role. The traveler may be required to float to nearby locations. The role entails a commitment to work during one holiday for every 13-week contract as part of the on-call rotation. Compliance with call-off policy is expected. The candidate must be prepared to support a variety of patient age groups, including neonates, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Experience in Level I and Level II trauma centers is preferred. Travel experience is required. Candidates must possess a variety of skills, including 3D rendering techniques and various CT procedures. The ability to perform imaging in a fast-paced environment is essential. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary for interactions with patients and team members. Flexibility and adaptability to changing work conditions are important in this role.
