Travel CT Tech - $2,781 per week in Dayton, OH

Job Title: CT Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: CT Tech Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum Years of Experience Required: Associate degree in Allied Health; Previous experience in computed tomography preferred. License: ODH licensure required Certifications: CPR Certification required; ARRT RT (R) registry required; CT registry preferred. Must-Have: Availability to work every other holiday; Comfortable floating to other units based on departmental needs. Description: We are looking for a CT Tech interested in 3x12s working on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Independently perform computed tomography (CT) procedures utilizing proper techniques and administration of contrast media. Work under your scope of practice and in accordance with certification/licensure in the administration of medications, operation of equipment, and venipuncture. Coordinate patient flow and the activities of the CT scanner. Exercise professional judgment in the performance of duties to maintain equipment in good working condition. May perform procedures in other imaging modalities based on departmental needs. May have on-call responsibilities. Travelers may be required to float to other departments based on their skill set and departmental needs. Candidates must be comfortable floating with no restrictions or special requests. Knowledge of diagnostic radiographic procedures utilizing proper techniques and administration of contrast media is essential. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are required. Experience with Epic charting system is preferred.
