Job Title: CT Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: CT Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Experience: Minimum 1 year of dedicated CT experience License: Compact or NC license required Certifications: ARRT-CT, BLS Must-Have: - ARRT-CT certification - Experience with GE, PACS, and Siemens equipment - Proficiency in starting peripheral IVs Description: The position requires a CT Tech to perform imaging procedures. Candidates must have ARRT-CT certification. Experience with GE and Siemens equipment is essential. The caseload includes cardiac, oncology, trauma, pain management, and interventional cases. This is a complex academic healthcare environment with a level one trauma program. The facility features 1,000 beds, including 200 dedicated pediatric beds. The CT Tech will rotate through multiple areas, including inpatient, outpatient, and emergency departments. The outpatient rotation will take place inside the cancer center, primarily serving oncology patients. Must be proficient in IV insertion. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in pediatric and neonatal imaging. Compliance with all required immunizations is necessary. Candidates should be prepared to meet all compliance deadlines after signing the contract. Modules will be completed during the initial training. Candidates must be responsive regarding compliance and documentation.
