Must be able to start IVs. Prefer someone that can assist with procedures - Average # of scans/studies per day: 90 - What EMR &/or PACS (Picture Archive & Communication System: software & hardware) do they use?: Epic, PACS, Fuji ris pacs - Department Specific Equipment (GE, Phillips, Siemens): siemens definition m and cs- with bronco injector - Radiology Supervisor or Lead Tech?: Lead tech during day. One lead on night that covers all areas. - Do they use RRA's (Registered Radiology Assistants)?: no - Radiologist in-house 24/7?: 8-5 m-f (2) On call after hours for reading until midnight. After midnight they are sent to nightshift radiology. - Do they have to start IV's? (if applicable to the department): yes - "Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) *Would they ever be the only tech in-house within their department?*": Varied- weekday 8 and 10s., weekend 12 and 13s. 7 on 7 off (three 12s, 4-10s- starts on Thursday.) - Weekend Requirements: Yes, usually scheduled for this, or on rotation - Holiday Requirements: Yes, will usually be scheduled to cover perm staff - Call or Standby requirement?
