ARDMS (AB)(OB)RVT--though not required.} How many scanners/rooms does this department have? 1 - CT 16 slice Siemens Emotion, Bracco Injector Will they have to float/cover any other areas? Radiology, CT, Non-Invasive (Holters, EKGs, Zio Monitors), help with scheduling, registration Common types of imaging/studies performed & Job Duties All body, ortho, ie Chest Xray, Knee Xrays, Spines, Skulls. CT: Angio CT (CTA Chest, Abdomen, Pelvis, Stroke), CT abdomen Pelvis with contrast. Experience or 'Must have' skills starting IV's Average # of scans/studies per day 1-15 EMR &/or PACS (Picture Archive & Communication System: software & hardware) do they use EPIC-EMR. McKesson-PACS, Switching to Merge PACS at end of June. Department Specific Equipment (GE, Phillips, Siemens) Siemens RF & CT, Carestream DRX Portable, Phillips US, GE MAC 5500 EKG. Radiology Supervisor or Lead Tech Ashley Konwinski Do they use RRA's (Registered Radiology Assistants)? No. Radiologist in-house? Yes, three days a week from 8-830a. Offsite remaining days. Utilize Real Radiology after hours. Do they have to start IV's? (if applicable to the department) Yes, on outpatients. ED Starts all ED patients. Shifts & Scheduling 5-8 hour shifts preferred. M-F shifts vary {930-6/830-5}, Could also try 4-9 hour shifts {730-6/8-630}, or 4-10 hour shifts Sunday - Wednesday {9p-730a Sunday, 6p-430a M-W} Weekend Requirement One weekend per month Holiday Requirement If available Memorial Weekend Call or Standby requirement?
