Job Title: Lead CT Tech Profession: Radiology Specialty: CT Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 07:00 - 15:30 Experience: 10+ years preferred License: Maryland or Compact license required Certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS, MD License required Must-Have: Previous charge experience not required. Experience with charting systems required. Experience in community hospital settings required. Experience in long-term acute care required. Travel experience required. Description: Lead CT Tech with a minimum of 10 years of experience preferred. The candidate must hold ARRT-CT, ARRT-R, BLS, and a medical license. The work schedule includes Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 07:30 am to 05:00 pm. Every other Saturday shift is required from 07:00 am to 07:30 pm. Local candidates will be considered. Travel is required for this position. The role includes performing advanced CT procedures, including 3D rendering, biopsies, and emergency department studies. A strong understanding of contrast media preparation and administration is essential. Experience with various CT scans, including adult and pediatric care, is crucial. Candidates should possess management or lead experience. Familiarity with PACS and protocol management is expected. The unit provides care for adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Interdisciplinary support is available within the department. The candidate should be able to float within the hospital as needed. This is a tobacco-free facility; candidates must be nicotine-free.
