This role requires recent hands-on CT experience and involves working in a dynamic healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities of the CT Technologist- Perform CT exams including abdomen, pelvis, chest, and head with and without contrast
- Prepare and administer contrast media
- Operate GE, PACS, Philips, Siemens, and Toshiba CT equipment
- Start and manage peripheral IVs
- Implement isolation precautions and PPE practices
Requirements of the CT Technologist- New York State license with injection certification
- BLS Certification
- ARRT CT certification is preferred but not mandatory
- Minimum of 1 year recent CT experience
