o General CT, strokes, oncology patients
Required Certifications:
o BLS, ARRT, Wisconsin License
Skills required
o Experience with the above patient types. Community hospital setting that sees everything
Support on the Unit:
o Transporter
o Lead Tech
o 3 total CT Techs per shift
o Radiologist on site reading during the day, offsite reading at night
o Manager during the day
o Rapid Response/Code Team
o RT 24/7
Charting System/Equipment:
o EMR: EPIC
o Med Dispending: Pyxis
o PACS: McKesson
o Unit equipment: Cannon 80 Slice, GE 40 Slice
Floating:
o None
Orientation:
o NEO
o 2-3 shifts of orientation in department
Scheduling:
o Weekend rotation: dependent on requisition
o Approval of RTO: to go through manager
o Will they be on call? No
o Holiday Expectations: If on regular scheduled days, will work it
o Schedule: Lead Tech will make schedule
