Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Rochester, NY. This role is crucial for providing diagnostic imaging expertise in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The candidate will work night shifts and handle on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities of the CT Technologist
  • Confirm patient identity and exam verification prior to initiating the scan; adhere to department policy for patient safety
  • Coordinate with physicians to provide diagnostic imaging
  • Prepare patients for scans and explain procedures
  • Insert IVs when necessary
  • Position patients, utilizing safe patient handling
  • Maintain accurate patient records in EPIC
  • Ensure facility cleanliness and safety

Requirements of the CT Technologist
  • Completion of formal training in Radiologic Technology
  • Certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • NYS licensure (prior to starting)
  • Two (2) years' experience
  • Level 1 Trauma Center experience
  • BLS (American Heart Association only)
