Become a vital part of our team as an experienced CT Technologist. You will follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and operate CT equipment for a hospital setting in Santa Cruz, CA.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years CT technologist experience, including management or charge experience (required)
- Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology or equivalent training
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification for CT (ARRT-CT) and ARRT-R
- Valid state radiologic technologist license for CA
- BLS certification
- Experience with Cerner electronic medical record and McKesson PACS
- Experience performing a range of studies including ER/trauma scans, virtual colonography, and gated procedures
- Familiarity working with Siemens Sensation 64 and GE LightSpeed 16 scanners or similar multi-vendor CT equipment (preferred)
- Ability to perform 10–20 scans per shift depending on volume; comfortable working busier evening rotations (preferred)
