Travel CT Tech - $3,472 per week in Staten Island, NY

Job Title: CT Technologist Profession: Radiology Specialty: Cat Scan Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 7.5 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year required, 2 years preferred License: NYS DOH Radiologic Technologist License R.T. (R) (CT) (ARRT) Certifications: NYS Injection/IV Certification (Candidates may take the IV cert course before starting & apply for NYDOH BERT certification) Must-Have: BLS Certification Description: Shift times are from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM. The facility is a Level 1 Trauma Center and a teaching facility. The position involves exposure to a variety of settings, including inpatient, outpatient, mobile, and emergency department. Responsibilities include performing all types of CT exams, including head, pelvis, trauma, specialized cardiac, and CT angiograms. Equipment used includes GE Revolution, GE Discovery, and Toshiba Quillion. Every other weekend commitment is required. Scrubs must match top and bottom in any color without patterns. Open-toed shoes and excessive jewelry are not permitted. Long hair must be tied back, and beards must be trimmed for fit-testing. Nails must be without chipping paint.
