Job Summary PET/CT Technologist (Roseville, CA)
- Perform PET/CT scans using advanced imaging equipment (GE Discovery, Siemens Biograph)
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals (FDG and other tracers) to patients
- Ensure accurate patient positioning, adherence to imaging protocols, and optimal image quality
- Monitor patients throughout the imaging process for safety and comfort
- Adhere to radiation safety standards and ALARA principles at all times
- Accurately document imaging procedures using EMR/PACS systems
- Collaborate closely with radiologists and other clinical staff to ensure excellent patient care
