Job Title: CT Technologist

Location: Akron, OH

Pay: $3,648.00 weekly

Shifts: 4 x 10 hr shift 8pm-6:30am - every other weekend

Seven Healthcare are seeking a highly skilled CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Akron, OH. This role will operate computerized tomography and radiologic equipment to produce diagnostic CT scans and radiographs, primarily focusing on CT tech work in a high-pressure trauma level 1 environment.

Key Responsibilities of the CT Technologist

Operate computerized tomography and radiologic equipment for diagnostic CT scans and radiographs
Ensure all aspects of patients' records are processed properly for timely procedure results
Evaluate images with the Radiologist and perform additional imaging as needed
Assist with procedures of an invasive nature
Perform other duties as training and skills allow

Requirements of the CT Technologist

Graduate of an A.M.A. approved school of Radiologic Technology
Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
Licensed as a Radiographer by the State of Ohio
Two (2) years of Radiology Technology experience preferred
CT Registry preferred
Manual dexterity to calibrate and operate equipment, position patients, and administer intravenous injections
Ability to communicate verbally with patients, physicians, and hospital staff
CPR Certification
Trauma level 1 experience required
