Key Responsibilities of the Travel CT Technologist:
  • Perform high-quality CT scans following established imaging protocols and physician orders
  • Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning throughout imaging procedures
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot CT equipment to ensure optimal performance and image quality
  • Collaborate with radiologists and interdisciplinary teams to support accurate and timely diagnoses
  • Maintain detailed documentation and patient records within the EMR system
  • Adhere to radiation safety, infection control, and quality standards at all times
Requirements of the Travel CT Technologist:
  • Active ARRT (CT) certification required
  • Active Virginia Radiologic Technologist license
  • BLS certification required
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent CT Technologist experience in an acute care or hospital setting
  • Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills
