Travel CT Tech - $797 to $997 per week in Smyrna, GA

Become a vital part of Jackson HealthPros’ team as an experienced CT Tech. You’ll accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and expertly operate CT scan equipment for an area healthcare facility.

Minimum Requirements:

• 1+ year radiology experience required; CT experience preferred.
• Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology or equivalent accredited radiologic technology program.
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography required. ARRT-CT (Computed Tomography) required upon hire or prior to providing CT services if specified by client.
• Current BLS certification required (American Heart Association or equivalent).
• Demonstrated competence with CT equipment, PACS and RIS operations, and power injector use.
• Ability to adjust technique to minimize patient radiation dose and maintain image quality.
• Experience completing required documentation in RIS/PACS and performing patient charge capture.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with physicians, patients, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to perform venipuncture and follow sterile technique when applicable.
• Preferred: prior hospital-based CT experience and familiarity with trauma or emergency imaging workflows.

• Typical schedule: 3x12 shifts on weekend coverage (Saturday and Sunday).
• May be required to float to other facilities within the client network as needed.
