CT Technologist – Free-Standing Emergency Department (Contract)

Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday | 3 Night Shifts per Week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT and X-ray imaging as a Dual Modality CT/X-ray Technologist in a free-standing emergency department setting
• Conduct a variety of CT procedures including general body and neuro scans, CTA Coronary/Pulmonary, Bone Marrow Biopsy, Cryoablations, Microwave Ablations, Liver Biopsy, and general ortho imaging
• Operate GE and Siemens imaging equipment; GE experience is required for this role
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered imaging care
• Document and manage imaging data using Meditech EMR and Fuji PACS systems
• Collaborate effectively with a mixed day and night shift team in a fast-paced emergency environment

Required Qualifications

• ARRT (R)(CT) certification required
• BLS certification required
• Dual Modality competency in both CT and X-ray required
• GE equipment experience required
• Minimum 1 year of CT technologist experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior hospital-based CT experience strongly preferred
• Experience with procedural imaging (ablations, biopsies, vascular CTA) is a plus
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR and Fuji PACS systems
• Collaborative, team-oriented, and flexible personality well-suited to a dynamic shift environment
