CT Technologist – Radiology/Cardiology

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift (3x12 Hours, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
Key Responsibilities- Perform CT imaging procedures including head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, vascular, and musculoskeletal studies with and without contrast
- Prepare and administer contrast media in accordance with radiation safety protocols
- Perform venipuncture and start peripheral IVs as required for contrast administration
- Operate and maintain CT equipment, including Siemens systems, within a fast-paced acute care environment
- Document patient information and imaging data accurately using EPIC and Omnicell systems
- Fulfill call, float, and on-call requirements as needed per unit policy
Required Qualifications- Minimum of 2 years of CT technologist experience
- Active ARRT (R) certification required
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Active South Carolina state license (or compact license) required
- Proficiency with EPIC (required) and Omnicell systems
- Experience in Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, ICU, and Emergency Department settings; skilled in colorectal studies, intravenous pyelogram, carotid, sinus, soft tissue neck, ROI measurements, and vascular chest imaging
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with Pediatric Acute Care and Pediatric Outpatient imaging
- Proficiency in advanced procedures including cardiac CT (calcium scoring, coronary angiography), enterography, CT arthrography, myelography, vascular CTA, aspirations, biopsies, and drainage procedures
- Experience with trauma head imaging
