Contract | Days with Occasional Weekends | Onsite

• Transport patients according to their physical abilities relative to the exams requested, utilizing positioning aids as needed to produce quality patient exams.
• Operate all CT-associated equipment and perform CT examinations in accordance with department policies and procedures.
• Assist and administer contrast media as ordered by the Radiologist and assist in performing special procedures.
• Practice sterile technique and Universal Precautions while protecting patients according to department policies.
• Maintain accurate records, clean exam rooms following each examination, and restock linen and supplies as needed.
• Assist in the training of Radiology students as needed.

• Satisfactory completion of formal Radiology Technology training from an AMA-approved program.
• Current ARRT registration required.
• Registered and certified CT Technologist required.
• Current BLS Certification required.

• Minimum of two years of previous CT Technologist experience preferred.
• MRI experience or certification is a strong plus.
