CT Technologist

Fairfield, OH

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Nights — 4 x 10-hour shifts per week (9:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Holiday rotation required | No on-call

• Perform CT imaging examinations and administer intravenous contrast injections in accordance with hospital guidelines, ensuring safety for patients, the public, and self
• Prepare equipment and scanning area for patient procedures; transport or escort patients to and from the CT area; maintain clean and stocked rooms
• Perform general radiographic examinations as required under the direction and supervision of a radiologist or physician
• Ensure radiation safety compliance in accordance with applicable state and federal requirements; educate patients and family members on procedures
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, perform quality control testing, and record maintenance in departmental log books
• Complete all required clerical duties, maintain accurate patient care documentation, and attend departmental staff meetings and in-services

• ARRT(R) — active, non-expired registration
• Current BLS certification
• Active Ohio Department of Health License for Radiologic Technologist
• Minimum 1 year of CT experience
• Minimum 2 years of Radiology experience

• ARRT(R)(CT) — advanced CT registry preferred
• ACLS certification preferred
• Experience gathering, organizing, and analyzing data across multi-step imaging procedures
• Familiarity operating advanced or varied radiology equipment beyond routine use

• Work in a well-equipped radiology department featuring three CT scanners, including a dedicated ED scanner
• Stable night shift schedule with no on-call requirement, offering predictable hours for work-life balance
