CT Technologist – Travel Contract (4x10's, Nights)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift | Tuesday–Friday, 8:30 PM–7:00 AM | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week | On-site | Call rotation required (weekday 5 PM–7 AM and weekend 7 AM–7 AM, approximately 2 times per month)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate specialized computerized CT x-ray equipment to produce cross-sectional images of human anatomy for use by radiologists and physicians in diagnosing diseases and disorders
• Perform injection procedures and assist patients in understanding procedures to ensure comfort and cooperation throughout the imaging process
• Maintain optimum timeliness, accuracy, proficiency, efficiency, and safety during all CT imaging duties
• Work closely with patients across outpatient, inpatient, and emergency department settings
• Assist in training students and technologists as needed
• Participate in on-call rotation including nights and weekends as scheduled

Required Qualifications

• Active ARRT certification in CT – ARRT(CT) required
• Active Indiana State License (ISDOH) required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience
• Proficiency with Siemens and/or Philips CT equipment
• Experience with EPIC EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in general, procedural, and cardiac CT imaging
• Prior experience working in a high-volume or multi-setting environment (outpatient, inpatient, and ED)
