CT Technologist (Computed Tomography)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days, Evenings, and Weekends (Weekend rotation required)
Key Responsibilities- Perform general CT scans and CTAs with accuracy and adherence to established protocols
- Conduct general X-ray imaging, including portable studies and C-arm procedures
- Perform fluoroscopy procedures as needed within the imaging department
- Start and manage patient IVs independently as required for imaging procedures
- Operate and document within the Synapse EMR/imaging system
- Participate in floor-specific orientation and maintain compliance with departmental standards
Required Qualifications- Active ARRT certification in CT
- Active West Virginia state radiologic technology license
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to perform both CT and X-ray imaging independently
- Ability to independently start IVs (no IV team on site)
- Must comply with 50-mile radius rule; valid unexpired driver's license required at time of submission
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience with Synapse imaging/EMR platform
- Experience performing portable X-rays and fluoroscopy in a hospital setting
- Familiarity with travel or contract radiology assignments
