Key Responsibilities
- Operate computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue
- Support the diagnosis of medical conditions through high-quality CT imaging
- Perform general radiography procedures as needed
- Perform fluoroscopy procedures as needed
- Administer contrast materials via venipuncture as required
Required Qualifications
- ARRT registration as R.T. (R)(CT) or R.T. (R)
- Active Radiologic Technologist (RT) state license in California
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
- Fluoroscopy license in California (required if operating fluoroscopy equipment)
- Venipuncture certification in California (required if administering contrast materials)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology
- Advanced ARRT certification in CT modality
