Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift | Sunday – Tuesday 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Key Responsibilities- Perform CT scans, X-rays, and body scanning procedures in a high-volume imaging department
- Produce diagnostic images of bones, organs, and tissues and combine results for accurate patient assessment
- Operate and maintain GE imaging equipment including MRI units, scanners, cameras, X-ray, and fluoroscopy systems
- Document and manage patient records using Meditech EMR
- Maintain patient ratios of 1:1 or 1:2 depending on patient stability, adapting to variable nightly volumes
- Collaborate effectively with radiologists, physicians, and a multidisciplinary imaging team
Required Qualifications- ARRT certification with CT specialty (ARRT CT) required
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience
- Experience with GE imaging equipment strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR strongly preferred
- Strong communication, medical, and anatomical knowledge; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience / Skills- RT(T) certification and ASRT membership
- FASRT designation
- Prior experience working in a comprehensive stroke center or high-acuity imaging environment
