CT Technologist – Radiology/Cardiology

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 3x12 Hours (19:30–08:00) / 4x10 Hours (21:30–08:00) | 7 on / 7 off | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Perform CT imaging procedures across Emergency Department, inpatient, and outpatient settings
- Float between ED, main campus, outpatient, and nearby clinic locations as assigned
- Operate GE CT equipment in accordance with departmental protocols and patient care standards
- Document and manage patient imaging records using Epic electronic health record system
- Work required holidays when scheduled shift falls on a holiday
- Respond as directed by unit manager in the event of an emergency, including remaining on-site or serving on a relief team as needed
Required Qualifications- ARRT (CT) certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CT specialty
- Experience in ED, inpatient, and outpatient CT settings required
- Epic EMR experience required
- GE CT equipment experience required
- BLS (AHA) certification required
- Compact or Louisiana state license in hand at time of submittal
- Prior travel experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience floating across multiple clinical settings within a large health system
- Familiarity with high-volume, fast-paced emergency and inpatient imaging environments
