Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic and advanced CT scanning procedures in a high-acuity, high-volume radiology department with 5 CT scanners
• Operate GE CT scanners proficiently within a fast-paced clinical environment
• Start and manage IV access as required for contrast-enhanced imaging procedures
• Document and manage patient imaging records using Epic EMR and PACS systems
• Adhere to all department protocols, safety standards, and drug-free campus policies
• Participate in every 3rd weekend rotation; no call or holiday requirements, though openness to holidays is welcomed

Required Qualifications

• Active Illinois (IL) state license or confirmation that the application process has been initiated
• ARRT certification (Computed Tomography)
• IEMA certification
• BLS certification
• Ability to perform IV starts independently
• Must produce a negative drug screen upon hire; facility maintains a drug-free campus policy
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for standard contract rates

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Level 1 trauma experience strongly preferred
• Previous travel/contract assignment experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with GE CT scanner equipment
• Demonstrated ability to function effectively in high-volume, fast-paced radiology environments
