Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 4x10-Hour Shifts | Monday–Thursday | 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM (start/end time may vary by up to 2 hours based on unit need) | No On-Call Required
Key Responsibilities- Perform CT imaging procedures in an acute care hospital setting
- Prepare and/or administer contrast media in accordance with established protocols
- Apply radiation safety principles and practices throughout all procedures
- Operate Siemens CT equipment and document patient information using Epic EMR
- Float to a nearby affiliated facility location as needed based on unit demand
- Participate in holiday rotation, working at least one holiday per 13-week assignment
Required Qualifications- Active ARRT(R) and ARRT(CT) certifications required
- Current BLS certification required
- Virginia state license required; any active state license in hand is accepted (Virginia emergency authorization available while permanent VA license processes)
- Siemens CT equipment experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- First-time travelers are not accepted; prior travel experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in a Level I Trauma Center or high-volume acute care environment
- Familiarity with Magnet-designated hospital standards and practices
