Travel CT Scan Technologist / Radiology

Roswell, New Mexico

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Days, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | On-site | Rotating call required | 5x8s preferred; 4x10s may be accommodated

• Perform routine and advanced CT scanning procedures including CT of the head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures
• Perform basic radiographic procedures including fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services
• Provide timely diagnostic imaging services to both inpatient and outpatient populations under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols
• Conduct studies with and without contrast media, demonstrating knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and surgical/sterile procedures
• Operate and process CT systems including PACS imaging technology
• Perform general x-ray in addition to CT exams as required by the department

• Graduate of an accredited AMA radiologic technology program
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) with CT certification
• Active New Mexico state license as a general radiographer
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of CT technologist experience
• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including General and OB imaging

• Familiarity with Cerner EMR and Change Healthcare PACS systems
• Experience with biopsy and drainage procedures under CT guidance
• Comfort with rotating on-call scheduling

• Immediate start available with a 13-week travel contract in a dynamic radiology department
• No floating required, allowing you to focus within your specialty throughout the duration of the assignment
