Key Responsibilities- Perform CT and X-Ray imaging procedures across a range of patient types, including ER patients, virtual colonography, and gated procedures
- Operate Siemens Sensation 64 and GE 16 Light Speed CT scanners
- Work within Cerner EMR and McKesson PACS systems to manage imaging documentation
- Handle a volume of approximately 10–20 scans per shift, with evening shifts being the busiest
- Float within the Radiology department as needed
- Participate in holiday and weekend rotation schedules
Required Qualifications- Active California Radiologic Technology license required
- ARRT certification in Radiography (ARRT-R) required
- ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT) required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Fluoroscopy permit required
- Demonstrated experience in both CT and X-Ray imaging
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with virtual colonography and gated CT procedures
- Familiarity with Nighthawk teleradiology workflow for night shift coverage
- Prior experience in a high-volume emergency or acute care imaging environment
