CT Technologist – Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Days 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Sunday
Key Responsibilities- Perform CT imaging procedures in a Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED) setting
- Perform diagnostic X-Ray imaging as needed in addition to CT duties
- Ensure proper patient positioning, imaging technique, and image quality for all studies
- Operate and maintain CT and radiographic equipment in accordance with facility protocols
- Adhere to radiation safety standards and departmental policies at all times
Required Qualifications- Active Arkansas Radiologic Technologist license
- ARRT (R) registration required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum 2 years of hospital-based experience as a CT/Radiologic Technologist
- Permanent residence must be located more than 50 miles from the facility (travel assignment requirement)
Preferred Experience / Skills- ARRT CT registry certification preferred
- Prior experience working in an emergency department or fast-paced acute care environment
