Key Responsibilities
- Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Perform CT imaging procedures in accordance with department protocols and standards of care
- Perform X-ray procedures in addition to CT imaging as needed
- Operate and maintain Siemens imaging equipment in a safe and effective manner
- Document patient information and imaging data accurately within the EMR system (Epic)
- Float within the same discipline across local campuses as requested
Required Qualifications
- RT(R)(CT) certification required
- Iowa Permit to Practice required
- Valid Iowa state license required
- Minimum of 1 year of previous CT experience required
- At least 1 completed travel contract required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Siemens equipment experience required
- Valid driver's license required
- Taxable address must be located more than 50 miles from the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a trauma center environment
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to varying patient volumes and clinical settings
