Contract | Days | Thursday, Friday, and Saturday | 6:30AM – 5:00PM | 30 hours per week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Operate MRI equipment and perform MRI imaging exams for patients of all ages in accordance with safety procedures
• Prepare patients for procedures and ensure sufficient diagnostic information has been obtained
• Present images to the physician to assist in diagnosis and patient management
• Perform intravenous therapy, contrast selection, and contrast injection
• Prepare and maintain written documentation as required by the department, including informed consent forms

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Graduate of an accredited Radiology program
• ARRT registration and NYSDOH license required
• BLS certification required
• Certified to perform contrast injections
• Specialized training in MRI technology and cross-sectional anatomy

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Demonstrated proficiency performing MRI imaging across a broad range of patient populations and age groups
• Experience with intravenous therapy and contrast administration in a clinical imaging setting
