Travel: CT Tech - Weekend Nights

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 3x12, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Weekend Overnights | 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities- Independently perform diagnostic CT scans at a technical level, including all necessary post-processing procedures on advanced imaging workstations
- Operate CT scanners, power injectors, and PACS/HIS/RIS systems; perform QC workstation functions and maintain archive integrity
- Provide imaging support for emergency room, inpatient, stroke, and trauma patient populations
- Transport patients as needed and maintain universal precautions and proper use of personal protective equipment at all times
- Adapt to stressful and emergent clinical situations while maintaining effective communication with care team members
- Float to other areas and fulfill weekend requirements as directed by the facility
Required Qualifications- Active ARRT registration in both Radiography and CT required
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required
- Minimum 1 year of CT Tech experience in a hospital setting
- Experience with stroke and trauma patient imaging
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR and advanced imaging platforms (Visage, Vitrea, Medicalis)
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption required November 1 – April 1; declinations are not accepted
Preferred Experience / Skills- Strong understanding of cross-sectional anatomy and 3D imaging knowledge
- Experience working with GE CT equipment in a high-volume hospital environment
- Positive, friendly, confident, and compassionate personality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
