Travel CT Scan Technologist - Nights

Key Responsibilities- Perform CT imaging procedures under the direction of a Radiologist, applying independent judgment to obtain optimal image quality
- Demonstrate sound understanding of anatomical positioning and physiology, with independent selection and modification of technical factors
- Operate GE Revolution (256-slice) and Siemens CT scanners within an Emergency Department setting
- Perform CT procedures involving trauma, stroke, CTAs, and perfusion studies
- Prioritize patient welfare, confidentiality, and comfort throughout all imaging procedures
- Manipulate patient transfer equipment, assist with patient movement, and respond effectively to emergency situations in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications- Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology
- ARRT registration, including ARRT(CT) registry
- Active Missouri Radiologic Technologist License
- Registered Radiologist Assistant (RRA) certification
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an ED setting, including trauma, stroke, CTAs, and perfusion
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English; basic computer knowledge including EPIC EMR
Preferred Experience / Skills- CTA and perfusion knowledge strongly preferred
- Prior experience working in a high-volume trauma or stroke environment
- Familiarity with GE Revolution and Siemens CT scanner platforms
