Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist who will work independently in a dynamic environment. The position involves performing various imaging procedures and ensuring high-quality patient care while adhering to safety and operational protocols.

Job Details

  • Ratios: 1:1 on nights and weekends
  • Unit Accepts: 13-week assignments
  • Hours: 36 hours can be offered per week
  • Shift: 3 x 12 Hour Nights; 19:00 - 07:30, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
  • Call Requirement: Participation in a 6-7 week rotation
  • Float Requirement: None
  • Orientation: 10 hours of unit orientation
  • Scrubs: Not provided; Royal Blue
  • Documentations Systems: EPIC and email

Required Skills and Certifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CT imaging
  • First-time travelers are welcome
  • Experience with Siemens CT scanner required
  • Certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS
  • Skills in adult acute care, emergency department, and pediatric acute care
  • Familiarity with PACS systems
  • Experience in contrast media preparation/administration, radiation safety, starting peripheral IVs, and venipuncture

Preferred Skills and Certifications

  • Experience in outpatient settings for adults and pediatrics
  • Skills in 3D rendering including maximum intensity projection, surface shaded displays, and volume rendering
  • Experience with vascular CTA procedures
