Job Summary
Porter Hospital, located in Valparaiso, Indiana, is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment. This role involves operating computed tomography (CT) imaging equipment, primarily using GE CT scanners, Philips X-ray systems, and Vitrea software. The Technologist will provide imaging services primarily during night shifts, with responsibilities including coverage of inpatient units and emergency department imaging.   • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Cerner EMR (Electronic Medical Record), familiarity with protocol books and up-to-date scan protocols
  • Additional Information: The position involves working in a 10-bed Fast-Track Emergency Department setting, with coverage requiring independent operation during overnight hours. Applicants must submit required licenses and certifications, including driver's license and permanent home address matching ID. Only travelers greater than 50 miles from the facility are accepted; local candidates are not eligible.
