Job Summary:
The CT Technologist position is based at a large healthcare facility located in Wichita, Kansas. This role involves operating computed tomography (CT) imaging equipment in a busy trauma and stroke center. The Technologist will be responsible for performing a variety of high-quality scans while adhering to safety protocols and procedural standards.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Nights shift, working 12-hour shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 08/24/2026.
  • Required Qualifications: Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of current acute care CT Technologist experience, ARRT (Registered Radiologic Technologist) certification, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, Kansas licensure, and must be located within the state.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GE scanners and Meditech electronic medical records system, as well as prior work on CTA chest, neck, abdomen, and CT head stroke protocols, is preferred.
  • Additional Information: The unit operates round-the-clock with a staff consisting of lead technicians and multiple techs. The department handles approximately 130 CT scans daily and works within a busy trauma and stroke environment. The typical dress code is black scrubs, which are not provided. The team values dependability, promptness, and good team collaboration.
