Description
American Traveler is seeking a travel CT Technologist with prior travel experience, Epic proficiency, and a minimum of Level 3 trauma facility background for a night shift contract at a short-term acute care hospital in Portland, OR.
Details
- Short-term acute care hospital setting with 418 staffed beds
- CT Scan unit with a 1:1 patient ratio
- 4x10-hour night shifts from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- One Saturday overnight shift per week required
- No on-call requirement
- GE scanners used on-site
- Epic EMR used; experience is required
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience required
- Prior travel nursing/allied health experience required
- Acute care hospital experience required
- Experience at a Level 3 trauma facility (at minimum) required
- Direct patient care within the last year required
- Proficiency with GE scanners required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Current BLS certification required
- Active state license required if applicable
- Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting required for consideration
- Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
Additional Information
- Travelers may be expected to float between facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment
- Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
- Candidates must disclose any prior work history at a Providence facility (location and dates) at the time of consideration
- Minimal RTO is preferred for this position
- Scrubs of any color are acceptable
