Shift Information

This position involves 12-hour night shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6 PM to 6:30 AM, totaling 36 hours per week, with occasional opportunities for overtime during the week.

Job Overview

Under the guidance of the CT clinical supervisor, the CT Technologist performs all diagnostic procedures while ensuring consistent and high-quality exams. The technologist collaborates effectively with patients and healthcare providers, maintaining a cooperative relationship with interdepartmental personnel. Prioritization of patient care is paramount, as is delivering the utmost quality in all procedures performed across all age groups, from newborns to geriatrics.

Weekend Requirements

• Part of shift/holiday rotation required.
• Must work certain holidays, including:
  • Thanksgiving Day and the following Friday and weekend
  • Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and the following weekend
  • New Year’s Eve through New Year’s Day and the following weekend

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform all diagnostic CT procedures safely and effectively.
• Maintain high standards of quality in imaging practices.
• Work independently with strong medical imaging skills.
• Develop a rapport with patients, ensuring comfort and understanding throughout procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of current imaging/CT experience.
• ARRT (CT) certification is required.
• Proficient in IV skills.
• Experience with MediTech, Phillips, Siemens, AGFA DR, Siemens, and OEC C-arm is highly preferred.
• Travel experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• New Hampshire MIRT Temporary License is acceptable for applicants who have applied for it.
• Candidates must have their own vehicle, as public transport is not available in the area.

• Dress code: Personal scrubs in any color.
• EMR System: HMS Medhost.
